Where do you ship?
We ship nationwide in Thailand and we also ship internationally (no cold shipping internationally)
How long will it take me to get my order?
On regular days, order dispatch typically takes 0-3 days, depending on stock availability. We strive to fulfill orders for same-day delivery whenever possible! During sales events, dispatch times may extend to 0-5 working days due to product availability, as we may need to prepare items from scratch to handle the high volume of orders. We are committed to working as quickly as we can and kindly ask for your patience and understanding.
Cancellation/Refunds/Returns
Your items may be cancelled if we are out-of-stock and are not able to restock in suitable time. You will receive a full refund upon our cancellation.
If there is an issue with your item, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Any error on our part we will happily refund or rectify with a replacement.
Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
International Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Bella’s Bites! We’re proud to offer international shipping to a growing number of countries. Before placing your order, please read the following terms regarding international shipments:
📦 Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
- Buyers are responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon arrival in the destination country.
- We do our best to label packages in a way that minimizes hassle, but customs clearance is ultimately beyond our control.
- Please check with your country’s customs office prior to ordering to ensure our products are allowed for import.
🚫 Rejections or Seizures
- We are not liable for orders rejected, delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities in your country.
- No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages rejected due to import restrictions or regulations specific to your region.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, including due to customs rejection, delays, or refusal to pay import duties.
- All international sales are final.
⚠️ Order Issues
- If there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part (e.g., missing item, wrong product sent), please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- If a resolution is needed, the maximum remedy we can offer is a refund for the affected item(s). We do not cover international return shipping, reshipments, or reimburse customs fees.
📮 Shipping Timeframes
- International orders may take 1–2 weeks to arrive depending on location, customs processing times, and carrier performance.
- Tracking is provided but we cannot guarantee delivery timelines once a parcel has left our facility.
